Nailsea Folk Club: General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – Privacy Notice
The data which the Club keeps for each member (the data subject) is as follows:-
Name and Email Address
The Club only uses that information for the administration of the club, including contacting members by email regarding Folk Club or Tithe Barn activities.
The Club will never pass your information to any third parties without your express consent and will not send out any information to members that does not relate to the Folk Club or Tithe Barn, without your express consent.
If you decide to have your data removed from the emailing list, any personal data that the club hold for you will be deleted within 1 month of you so notifying the Club, within the limits of the software being used.
You have a right to see the data which we keep on you, and within a period of four weeks from the date of a request in writing from you to see the data we hold on you, it will be made available to you. If there are any errors or omissions in that data, we confirm that within 7 days of being informed of errors or omissions, that data will be corrected and you will be provided with an updated and corrected copy.
